Hypnobirthing classes
Learn Hypnobirthing, aromatherapy, acupressure, massage, relaxation and breathing techniques to prepare your mind and body for birth
Antenatal Classes
A birth education class for couples that choose not to hypnobirth. Learn about birth, your choices and ways to cope in preparation for your birth journey
Postnatal Classes
This class is a good add on to the hypnobirthing course and the antenatal class. We cover what to expect once baby arrives, feeding support, newborn and new mum care and wellbeing advice. Empowering you to journey into parenthood confidently.

Offering acupuncture for pregnancy, birth preparation and postnatal wellbeing
About me
Hi I'm Natalie,
I am a mum of 2 and a midwife at the local birthing unit. I have been teaching hypnobirthing and birth preparation classes since 2014 and offering maternity acupuncture since 2017.
I am passionate about Birth education- knowledge is indeed power; The mind- body connection; Holistic health; and Relaxation- can we ever be too relaxed?
I am based in Maldon, Essex.

I saw Natalie during my first pregnancy when I was suffering with sickness as well as pre-natal depression. After just the first treatment I felt a real shift in my well-being.
As soon as she left I ate a HUGE meal and kept it down and then fell asleep, only to wake an hour later feeling incredibly revived. I was sold on acupuncture from that moment and continued to see Natalie up until birth.
I am now seeing her again for general well being during pregnancy number 2 and always feel a real difference after each session.

When I first came to Natalie's hypnobirthing classes I was extremely anxious about giving birth, and was adamant I would give birth in hospital. By the end of the course Natalie had given me the confidence and self belief to opt for a home birth and I had the most incredible, memorable births for both my children, for which I will forever be indebted to Natalie.
I also had acupuncture at the end of my pregnancy to help with SPD. After only one session the pain had improved substantially, and by the second session I could hardly notice it at all! I highly recommend Natalie she is amazing!
