The hypnobirthing classes at Nine Moons cover all aspects of birth preparation in the one course and draw on my knowledge and experience as a midwife and hypnobirthing teacher of over 8 years. Some of the topics the course covers are:- Birth What happens to your body Ways to prepare Ways to cope How your birth partner can support you The mind body connection Breathing and relaxation techniques Making informed choices Birth plans Place of birth choices Aromatherapy Acupressure and massage And many, many other topics too.. questions are encouraged and therefore each course is individualised to the needs and interests of those attending. The hypnobirthing course runs every month, teaching time is 10 hours, you will also receive a copy of the book that accompanies the course to enable you to practise at home.. the total cost is £250 per couple. You are welcome to join the class at any stage in your pregnancy, whenever it suits, before 36 weeks is ideal so you have time to practise the techniques leading up to your birth.
